Hi there.
My name is Ben Dulhunty.
Firstly, congratulations on making it to my page to learn about my Smart Studio Blueprint. If nothing else happens after you've read this, at least you will learn you're not alone in what I believe is one of the toughest industries out there.
Owning a fitness business in the information age is harder than ever before. You are not only competing out in the real world, but now in the 'online world' too.
From online training to information products, there is so much potential to leverage your business, yet it's hard to differentiate yourself without the personal touch of face to face real life
training.
Well, I'm here today to show you how it's all possible and how I've turned a dusty old room in a bowling club into a flourishing high six figure Fitness Business.
Most of you probably haven't even heard of me, of what I've done, and who I've helped, and I'm not going to bore you with all that.
You can google me to see my bio, but I will
tell you about the reality of my first 12 months as a studio owner back in 2004 in the hope that you do not repeat this process. I have learned the harsh lessons for ALL of you out there..
The solutions for my mistakes are in my
Smart Studio Blueprint
so that no-one will ever have to go through what I went through again.
Over the 15 years of owning my Studio, there have been many sleepless nights, days where I just wanted to give up and weeks that seemed to all roll together.
I spent the first 12 months after opening my first PT Studio, working 16 hour days 6 days a week, then sleeping on the Studio floor every night. This was the year I got married and bought my first property too, so there was a lot going on!
I missed all the appointments for the planning of my Wedding, my wife had to take her mother to decide on all the arrangements - I was a passenger. I honestly couldn't even tell you what happened on the Wedding Day - I was in such a daze that it took me to go on my honeymoon to actually STOP WORKING. I was too tired to see my friends, and missed some really important, significant events because I was working all the time.
Although I was very busy, I wasn't very productive and I was missing out on all the things that made me become a business owner in the first place. I owned a JOB, not a business. A business is meant to give you opportunity, lifestyle and freedom. My business was tying me down and owning me.
I started regretting my decision to start my own PT Studio and decided it was time to re-evaluate what was important to me. In 2006 a mate (and colleague) asked me to go along with him to a course he was attending called "Breakthrough to Success" by Christopher Howard.
It was the single best decision I have ever made and I still thank my friend to this day for taking me there. It opened my eyes to my limiting beliefs, my blockages and re-iterated why I was on the road I was on. I immediately had a new mindset and turned my life around.
Everything I have done from 2006 has paved the way for what I have, and what I am now.
So, fast forward 14 years to now... would I have changed any of it?
Yes & No.
I would have loved to know then what I know now so that I could have worked less hours, slept in my own bed every night, enjoyed planning my wedding with my wife and enjoyed the process of starting my own Studio.
On the flip side, if I didn't go through all that, maybe I wouldn't have had the desire and drive to be where I am today or produced this great solution for all of you!
For me, the Smart Studio Blueprint
is not a product, it's a solution and a lifestyle. It's going to cost you more to NOT have it.. both financially and psychologically... believe me, I know.
To give you an idea of what is possible..
I had made over $1 million at my Studio by age 29, paid down my Unit in Sydney over 4 years, and bought a house in Sydney for nearly $1 million that same year. I was a millionaire before the age of 30.
After 3 short years life was good. I had turned it all around from being 'busy and tired' to being 'busy and excited'. I had systemized the business, completely sold out of available training sessions and I was able to take holidays and spend time with the growing family.
Until today, no one had any idea that my 130 square metre Studio was (is) generating on average $60,000 a MONTH... and I only work 10 hours a week behind the scenes on it.
I don't say any of this to brag (after all I haven't told anyone about this until I've launched the SSB), but I do want to get the point across to you that you don't need to build a MASSIVE fitness business in order to make good money doing what you love.
All you need is the same exclusive systems I use to sell out my studio month after month.
It's NOT HARD to implement, but there definitely are some KEY points you must follow and set on auto-pilot to become successful.
